Please ensure that the product is returned to our fulfillment center within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
